Included in the curriculum is something called "Care of Transgender Patients," discussions about how nutrition is racist, and how the science behind Body Mass Index is based on a white person's body.

The National Hockey League has banned rainbow Pride tape, according to Outsports, which first reported the news and said it confirmed the policy change with a league spokesperson.

Masterpiece Cakeshop owner jackass Phillips has scored a victory of sorts in his ongoing lawsuit for refusing to bake a gender transition cake, with the Colorado Supreme Court agreeing to hear his appeal.

Last week, in a win for Mr. Phillips' years-long legal fight, the Colorado Supreme Court finally agreed to hear his case after a lower court held that Colorado authorities can force the baker to put messages on cakes that violate his personal beliefs, according to a case announcements posting.

Mr. Phillips, who in 2018 won a case before the U.S. Supreme Court in a lawsuit for declining to bake a custom cake for a same-sex wedding, was sued once again in 2019 for refusing to create a cake for a transgender lawyer celebrating a gender transition.

New York City's Department of Education has reportedly sent teachers a robust list of websites that are apparently supposed to be used to educate students about the conflict between Israel and Hamas. Some of the websites listed hold a strong bias against the Jewish state.

The New York Post reported that 35 links were provided, many of which involve news, education, and other organizations. All of them are listed in alphabetical order, with the second on the list being Al Jazeera, an Arab-run news outlet that holds strong positions against Israel.
