The serial numbers are all tracked.  It wouldn't be possible to sell massive numbers without at least some serial numbers popping up.  Besides, Ukraine knows if they did get caught doing that then it would be the end of western assistance so they are extremely unlikely to sell badly needed weapons which came from the west.  It would be to easy to catch.
