I've seen footage the isreali defenses have posted trying to show major weapons caches in hospitals that turned out to be a few duffel bags with some rifle clips. Could have easily been planted by them when they first arrived before the camera crews were called in, so I called bullshit on it.

As we know from the conflict in Eastern Europe, wars always produce fake news. Israel-Hamas is no different.
