The Supreme Court's recent decision could undo charges against the Jan. 6 protesters and Trump himself.

The Supreme Court voted 5–4 to allow U.S. Border Patrol agents to remove razor wire that was set up along the U.S.–Mexico border by Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, while a legal challenge plays out.

In a brief order, the high court vacated a ruling issued in mid-December 2023 by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit. Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, and Brett Kavanaugh voted to deny the application to vacate that lower court injunction, which would have prevented Border Patrol agents from removing the barrier.

Chief Justice John Roberts, along with Justices Amy Coney Barrett, Ketanji Brown Jackson, Elena Kagan, and Sonia Sotomayor, sided with the Biden administration. No one provided an explanation for their vote.

It turns out men won't buy spank mags which feature fat ugly women.  Sports Illustrated goes woke, goes broke and closes its doors for good.

Oh, the comments! Classic!

Multiple Wall Street investors appear to be conceding that former President Donald Trump will likely win the GOP primary for the 2024 presidential race.

Charles Myers, a former vice chairman at investment bank Evercore and a Biden fundraiser, said that many investors "have resigned themselves to a Trump primary win and don't want to throw good money after bad trying to stop him," reported CNBC.
That claim was made just before the former president won the New Hampshire primary against former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley. He also secured the first win of the primary season earlier this month in Iowa.

They would prefer a prog they can control, but they know the candidate they like(Haley) will not be the nominee.

Are modern globalists the problem?  It really does seem so.  Please watch this and tell me I am wrong.  It is literally just a religion which like all fanatics in the past tries to ignore facts and reality trying to make it conform to its religious beliefs.

The U.S. Supreme Court sided with the Biden Department of Homeland Security Monday, allowing federal border officials to cut the razor wire Texas has installed along stretches of the Rio Grande as a means of securing the southern border and protecting American sovereignty.

Rather than cave in the wake of the 5-4 decision — which had nominally conservative Justices John Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett in the majority — the Lone Star State has doubled down and installed more wire.

The Texas Military Department indicated it would "hold the line in Shelby Park to deter and prevent unlawful entry into the State of Texas. We remain resolute in our actions to secure our border, preserve the rule of law, and protect the sovereignty of our State."

Shelby Park is a 47-acre municipal park in Eagle Pass where hordes of illegal aliens have entered the U.S. in recent months and years. The state seized control of the park on Jan. 10. In addition to fencing the perimeter and improving shoreline barriers, the state ousted federal agents, allowing them entry only in specific circumstances.

"Texas has the legal authority to control ingress and egress into any geographical location in the state of Texas, and that authority is being asserted with regard to that park in Eagle Pass, Texas, to maintain operational control of it," Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said of the move.

They might suck up to him if they think he is going to win. Corporate CEO's and billionaires always give money to who they think will win in order to get favours.

The federal judge overseeing former President Donald Trump's looming Jan. 6-related trial may have signaled that his case will be delayed after she scheduled a different case just a few weeks after the trial is slated to start, according to two former prosecutors.

U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan, based in Washington, on Wednesday scheduled an alleged Jan. 6, 2021, defendant, Anthony Mastanduno, to start on April 2. That's only about three and a half weeks after she initially set the former president's trial date for March 4.

All progress in the case against President Trump was halted by the judge on Dec. 13, 2023, as the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals hears whether the former president is immune from prosecution in the case. Earlier this month, Judge Chutkan hinted that his trial date might be pushed back, which served as a blow to special counsel Jack Smith, who brought the charges against the former president.

Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows (D) is going to have to wait for the United States Supreme Court before she can officially remove Donald Trump from her state's ballot.

On Wednesday, the Maine Supreme Judicial Court upheld a lower-court ruling that halted Trump's removal from the Maine ballot.

Bellows, who is not a lawyer, decided last month that that Trump is constitutionally disqualified from the presidency under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.

Once the Supreme Court decided to hear it, that seemed likely.

Alberta premier Danielle Smith has bought out the fake outrage in progtards. She met with Tucker Carlson which made the snowflakes melt. She said during her brief talk with Carlson that federal Environment Minister Steven Guilbeault should be put in Carlson's "crosshairs."

For Christ sake prog pussies, she didn't say Carlson should put a hit on him. She has been calling for Guilbeault to be fired for months and she stil is, she still will, and he should be.
