The reason why, or one of the reasons why to a large extent Europeans are poor is because they war. WARS COST MONEY FOR DECADES to come.

I couldn't care less how POOR Europeans are... being poor is good for you... it makes you strive to be better or at least it should.

Only time being poor is a shit is when you are well off and lose your fortune to a natural disaster or perhaps a serious health condition... the accumulated reward for your hard work disappearing means you have to start over again... that hurts a bit.

I am at the stage where I don't tolerate bailing other people out.

Thats why I'm a bit harder on the Germans when it comes to my views on their behavior in WW2. Germans made a highly educated choice to do what they did. I'd have exterminated germany from the planet if it were up to me.

Likewise, for all their reputed atrocities, the Germans were not all that bad as they're made out to be in World War II. Apparently, when they invaded Poland during WWII and the USSR invaded it, the Russians were much worse according to Poles I spoke with. Even if Hitler was evil, his soldiers were somewhat civilized and didn't engage in the barbarities that the Soviet soldiers were known for. Such as mass rapes. The Soviets were the bad guys according to Eastern Europeans I've spoke with. to this day, the Poles speak badly of the Russians but not so much the Germans. According to them, the Germans were the good guys.

So even in wartime, there has to be a modicum or standard by which the belligerents abide by. The fact that even fascists/Nazis exhibited restraint during WWII demonstrates that it is possibile and that barbarity in the face of war get be mitigated.

I understand people (of which I was one) being very uncomfortable with innocent people being hurt but I don't believe there are innocent Palestinians. THE children are brought up to hate Israel.

For all you know Hamas leaders are culling their own people because they have no future/no jobs for them. HAMAS LEADERSHIP have known for weeks how to stop the war. They have been told often enough. GIVE BACK THE ISRAELI HOSTAGES.

You and I don't live in countries surround by enemies dropping bombs on us. The Israelis do and you and I most likely would reason a different way if we were bombed daily.

The UK was bombed and I think about 70,000 Brits died..  well, I am sure when they raided Germany back they weren't thinking of German children dying.

One of my brothers lost his money due to a divorce and poor investment decisions. Much of this money was actually my Father's or because of him.

My older brother was such an asshole and still is.

I think a lot of reasons why people (usually men) blow their money is because of ego, arrogance & a false sense of entitlement caskur.

Recently my brother was diagnosed with an illness and I advised him to change his diet and lifestyle. But being the arrogant pug he is he replied "It is what it is."

That is an example of arrogance and self entitlement.

Oh well might mean an an early grave for him. But I can't tell him what to do. The same behavior that led him to blow his money might lead to blowing what is really the most important- his life.

Germans are top of the food Chain... I went back to college 1993 and did German history so the period I covered was from 1850s to the day Hitler marched into Poland... we didn't do the second WW..

WW2 was horrendous... but make no mistake about it. Germans are the same as the English... the Queen was half German, half Scottish. Hitler who was Austrian wanted the English to join him on a war with Russia... it wasn't really about the Jews although they get the focus because as a group they were viciously dealt with.

I understand why you hate the Jerries but European history is one big war.

Hitler and his henchmen were diabolical bastards and they nearly won.

Two of my siblings are heavy drinkers. I am the oldest... my younger brother has cancer... both smoke and drink... I feel so incredibly sad I can't get them to give up their vices.

I really hate change and atm we are being surrounded by friends and neighbours and some family dying on us...

Somehow I have to find a way to cheer up.

Over the years billions in aid have gone to Palestinian and what did they do with it? They built killer tunnels under their section like giant tick infested rodents.

Now apparently lesbian and Chinese senator Penny Wong has sent Australian money to a terrorist organisation because like all leftie loons, supports Palestine.

I'll find the skynews podcast about it.

Our governments, not just Oz, give these bastards aid so we directly support terrorism. I feel if we stopped the aid people would have to get off their own bums and grow their own food.

Like I said, I don't like any of em caskur. Arab or Jew in this conflict. And their in abilities to resolve their differences will probably lead to destroying one another & possibly much of the world.

Good thing Australia and Canada are far away from this conflict. Europe is on its doorstep and they will most surely be affected in the coming decades.

Think I'll go on a vacation to Europe just to see it before all hell breaks loose in that part of the world one day.
