Today we have people who claim to be liberals banning classics like To Kill a Mockingbird. Since Seamjor doesn't understand how modern liberalism became illiberal, I have a book recommendation for him. He should read The Revolt Against the Masses: How Liberalism Has Undermined the Middle Class by Fred Siegel. It explains how the Democratic Party got to where it is today. Not as defenders of individualistic liberalism, but as enforcersof illiberalism.
