that's three years, three democrat presidents so NO resistance from the top on down

simple question is: Why didn't democrats codify roe vs wade at any one of these golden opportunities ?

It's almost as if they want to hold on to this card to make elections about something so controversial instead of their failing policy records!

The democrat puppet masters at the top knew the vulnerability in having a precedent govern this issue as opposed to to clear legislation solidifying the matter. And they did nothing. They did nothing because they WANT this to be an issue that divides us and invigorates their idiot base. 

If Biden cared about the matter as much as he says he does his first act, even before being inaugurated, would have been to pick up the phone and get Nancy Pelosi on the legislation draft immediately so that it could be ready for a house vote by Jan 21st. It could have then moved on to a Democrat controlled senate and could have been on his desk by Mid march at the latest.

But he didn't do that. And neither did any elected member in a democrat controlled congress. And the question an intelligent person has to ask themselves is why.

and the most striking is the fact that this scenario played itself out THREE times since roe vs wade was decided with the same outcome all three times.

Abortion is a wedge issue. It is not an issue for most people who work for a living.

I've got a female relative who pulled that shit and financially raped her ex-husband years later when he DNA tested the kids.

3 of the 4 weren't his.

Her defence team argued that it would be traumatic if the kids found out that their dad wasn't their dad... so the courts decided to strip his retirement fund.

That was in the States in the 90's but I've had a sister in law almost repeat the same thing in Australia shortly after.
