Mind you though, that's a US example. People I knew "up in America's hat" were less prone to using it and liable to be shocked and even offended by the term's usage. I guess they hadn't been directly exposed to the levels of corruption that their cousins south of the border had... or that they were largely more forgiving of it.

Not me. I'm not offended by the use of Words, if anyone else is then perhaps the removal of valid examples should be considered; there'd be less call to use the epithet then./
