Remember back when Biden put Harris in charge of immigration? Her aides were so angry that they leaked on him to the press. The political realities of the Democratic Party's base, they cried, barred any politician from any actually workable border solutions. It was political sabotage, they moaned.

Worse: Kamala was totally unwilling to do the work or even read the briefs her staff had compiled. (They leaked this part, too.)

They'd spent the past four years hiding the Hillary-esque politician and were going to have to give her chance someday. Might as well be on a race few Democrats are bullish on winning, right?

And then maybe, in a way, they'll have solved that last, lingering problem of what to do about Harris. Either she wins, and there's no problem left — a possibility Republicans ought to take seriously. Or she loses, and the decks are cleared for the next round of Democrat leaders. That's one way to earn a win on a bad day.

If it wasn't obvious by now, the Democrats don't care about the candidate. They care only about winning — and the power that comes with victory.

Attorney John Morgan, a major Biden donor, issued the Democratic Party a warning on Sunday after the party began coalescing around Vice President Kamala Harris as the favorite for the Democratic Party's presidential nomination.

After President Joe Biden announced Sunday that he is not going to seek re-election, Morgan told ABC News that he will stop fundraising for Democrats if Harris is their presidential nominee.

His reason is simple: Morgan believes running Harris is a fool's errand because she is too far-left to win a general election.

If Trump World could pick anybody to run against, I think they pick her," he told ABC News. "If she's a nominee, Mar-a-Lago has a real big party that night."

In fact, Morgan believes that Biden's endorsement of Harris is a subtle message to his own party, whose brokers essentially bullied him into stepping aside as Donald Trump became the clear favorite to win the election.

"Joe Biden's endorsement of Kamala is his f*** you to all who pushed him out," Morgan said. "Be careful what you wish for."

Morgan donated $1 million to the Biden re-election effort.

Harris is a very weak candidate. The 2020 primaries proved that.

But, Biden was a weak candidate too. The Dem money and media controll machine got him elected. They could do the same with Harris.

For Harris to overcome her deficiencies against Trump she would have to do a great debate against him.  I don't feel she has a chance.  Her track record when she was DA alone is an albatross around her neck.  Not to mention how she ended her campaign before 2020 even started.  She'll lose big.

However that being said, the one whom I think could really get under her skin is Tulsi Gabbard, who seems to hate her.
