Today Gavin Newsom Orders homeless encampments Cleared. Through an executive order Newsom paves the way for Removal of a potentially damaging eye sore just in time for the upcoming election where a fellow Californian politician may have to answer for California's failed policies.

Not to be undone when it comes to gross hypocrisy Gavin goes on to state that he was unable to issue such an executive order until today due to restraints placed on him while legal action remained pending in the supreme court.

Those damn republicans were tying his hands again to hear him tell it. But were they? Well, if you read the decision included within the pdf below you will see that 6 conservative judges ruled in favor to pave the way for these homeless encampment removals with the 3 liberal justices voting against such an action.

So wait, Isn't Gavin a liberal? So wouldn't liberal rulings be more in alignment with his own beliefs and missions towards the state?

But wait. It gets even better

If you take the time to review the ruling you will see this ruling was decided on June 28th 2024. Nearly a full month BEFORE Kamala - a fellow California liberal, was installed as the presidential nominee.

No hypocrisy from the Left surprises me anymore.  Not in years, in fact. 

The fact is that every single municipality across the entire nation already has Vagrancy laws on the books, they're just ignored in many places.

The SCOTUS decision regarding Grants Pass has nothing to do with California State and local governments enforcing laws already on the books.

Gavin is just positioning himself for the VP slot. It would look good on the ticket nationally to be seen as someone tough on the "homeless problem."

I am unaware of this rule, but I'm still not convinced that Kamala won't be pushed aside at the Dem Convention coming up.

She's got a couple weeks to not fuck up.

My money's on her gaffing up big time before then unless they keep her in the basement like they did Old Joe.

Like we were saying before, it's a very entertaining political season.

Oh yeah, the puppeteers behind the curtains are watching the temperature very closely. If she cannot get the job done between now and next month she will be stepping down for sudden and mysterious "personal reasons"

And should she resist in that closed door meeting with Pelosi and Men in dark suits? Airforce 2 will be intercepted by Russian war plans while flying over the skies of Montana and meet a horrific end driving us into the much needed WW3 with no explanation as to how Russian war planes penetrated that far into our homeland to begin with.
