And yet the stock market has more or less had a bull run since at least 2012, the longest in history.

So it was bound to end at some point....Lokmeer!

Based on past performance, if theres a sharp correction or crash in 2024/5, it takes at least 2-4 years to begin to recover.

So 2025 may be a good time to buy in but don't expect a recovery till 2028 or so.

I noticed real estate asking prices have gone down significantly in or near Vancouver formosanF Fashionista. Plus inventory has gone up.

Next year may be a good time to buy as there should be a lot more deals.
