I had more colds in the first few months here than I did in nearly 30 years in Canada. The reason is that all the buildings have AC. Going from the humidity to cool all the time is not healthy. We only turn on the AC at night.

Aaah I gotcha. You HAVE to have AC here for at least 6 months lol. I only get sick once a year, if that, at the change of the seasons usually.

But, it isn't as hot and humid as SG. And not all buildings in Virginia have it on full blast all the time like they do here.

I feel like its the same lol. We get up in the 90s with 100% humidity a lot of times lol, even over 100 when its bad. My AC always on, for like 6 months like I said lol.
