California should be taxed heavily for all the carbon pollution they just created.

Soo... uh.... what do you think Oak's and Murdy's homeowners insurance premiums are going to look like come Jan of 2026?

That's assuming there remain ANY insurance carriers willing to underwrite in the state . Because last I heard insurance carriers were looking to the get the fuck outta dodge.

Now let's just see what a vacuum in homeowners insurers does to the lending climate in that state and what impact the combination of both of those elements has on the market value of existing homes

can anyone say LOOK OUT BELOW!!???!!!??/   :crampe:

just as I predicted

Remember when Murdy and Pig were mocking avatar_Dove for living in a trailer?

I do. And apparently so does God.

and will that be Trump's fault too?

The probability of Oak owning property are about as high as her having a conservative partner.

Murdock, like Dove is just some usless white trash waste of skin who conned a guy with property to let her move in. When the property is gone, she will be gone. So, that will be his silver lining in this dark cloud.

Murdy acquired whatever modest wealth she can lay claim to through marital theft and death of people who both happen to share her DNA and basically had no where else to dump their estates.

She inherited the little shit shack by the water she lives in and were it not for the overly inflated prices of the area would be of little to no value

but wait... that's about to change in less than 5 years.

All that bragging about Califurnace real estate prices? Yeah... lol....

you are more than likely right about Oak as it is rumored she sleeps on her Son-in-law's couch

something I dont doubt for one second

I knew that had to be how Mergecock acquired real estate. Her fat white trash ass is too useless to buy property on her own.

The insurance issue is gonna be huge with thee fires.  Didn't some major carriers dump a bunch of California policies recently?

I'm guessing some of the folks that lost everything weren't insured.

Yeah... lots of insurers dropped their clients a few months back -- pulling out of the state entirely

This is going to have huge implications on the housing market over there. If there is no one to insure there will be no lenders willing to underwrite mortgage with such significant risks

and without lenders there are no buyers and without buyers guess what happens to what is normally a sellers market?

Real estate was ridiculously overinflated out there anyway. These fires done burst that bubble right quick.  We'll see how this plays out, but my guess is a lot of people will just leave rather than rebuild.  Lots will hit the market for cheap when these owners decide to migrate out and shed their property deeds.
