Ya never know when Hard Times are gonna hit. Even Elon Musk said we're due for a correction & as rich as he is he doesn't know when its coming either.

Nor can he or someone like Warren Buffet can control the economy, the stock market or the future. Even rich men like them take chances & are at the Mercy of the economy.

They don't truly know where the economy is headed & are gambling with their investments just like the rest of us.

Trump launches cryptocurrency with price rocketing



US President-elect Donald Trump has launched his own cryptocurrency, which quickly soared in market capitalisation to several billion dollars.

His release of the meme coin, $Trump, comes as he prepares to take office on Monday as 47th president of the US. The venture was co-ordinated by CIC Digital LLC - an affiliate of the Trump Organization - which has previously sold Trump-branded shoes and fragrances.

Meme coins are used to build popularity for a viral internet trend or movement, but they lack intrinsic value and are extremely volatile investments.

By Saturday afternoon, hours after its launch, the market capitalisation for $Trump reached nearly $5.5bn (£4.5bn), according to CoinMarketCap.com. "My NEW Official Trump Meme is HERE! It's time to celebrate everything we stand for: WINNING!" Trump wrote on his social media platform Truth Social as he announced the meme coin on Friday night.

Some 200m of the digital tokens have been issued and another 800m will be released in the next three years, the coin's website said.

"This Trump Meme celebrates a leader who doesn't back down, no matter the odds," the website said.

And we are headed for a crash. Installing Trump as Commander in Chief can only hope to soften it some, I don't imagine for a moment that we could hope to avoid it entirely. Especially not when the same assholes who gave us the last four years of economic and foreign policy mismanagement will be doing their utmost to continue steering us into the tip.

Nonetheless, I champion Joe to doggedly continue his fiscal suicide when it comes to his retirement fund. A fool and his money...
