He was never banned there, he earned an account munging (ie: revocation of posting and private messaging abilities) for willfully disrupting the smooth running of the site, which was the only rule of any kind that a user might break there. Apparently he chose instead to troll you about a banning that never took place. Later on he ran a cloak and dagger campaign to re-register, as though it were somehow necessary. It wasn't. Both cw_ and I suspected it was him, neither of us cared to look too deeply because he had never been banned in the first place. We knew that the registration process involved a lot more effort than the paltry clicks required to silence an account, if Blandscape chose to make work for himself, it was dead easy to accommodate him from our end.

Either way, I still had an admin panel when I returned, something that to my way of thinking attracted undue attention for her site and I told her this, more than once. She didn't care; I had that panel because she wanted me to have it. I abided, in spite of our political differences, as well as in spite of the constant insistence from third parties that it was a flame form, instead of a discussion forum. She was a decent and skilled sort, I tend to get along with such people.
