Only rich progs, high paid civil servants and university professors will give WEF scumbag Mark Conman and his Liberals another chance they haven't earned.

Sure there is. Mark Conman is a globalist power broker who will bring Canada to ruin a lot faster than Poilivere.

Very true. Which is why I'm going to the Canadian embassy and voting for Mark Carnage's Fiberals. And hopefully within a couple of years I'll be going back to vote yes in Alberta's referendum on US statehood.

Canadians don't know anything about Mark Carney. He is no Paul Martin, John Manley, or Dan McTeague Liberal. None of whom are supporting Carney and his radical climate cult Liberals.

formosan

Our next prime minister is not even talking about how he will reverse the decline of the past ten years..

We will be happy when the election is over so we don't have to listen to his daily fibs.....he can go back into hiding.
too old to be a fashionista

Carney is going to put a high industrial carbon tax on Canadian steel because Canadians don't use steel.

I might offer him a coalition.

Carney has admitted that the policies he advised to the Trudeau government weakened the Canadian economy.

Since the best indicator of future performance is past practice, it's absurd to argue that our current Liberal government is in the best position to take on U.S. President Donald Trump in a tariff war.

Carney stated, "Our economy over the last five years has been driven by a big increase in the labour force, which was largely because of a surge in immigration that is now trying to be controlled, and by government spending that grew over 9% year after year after year — twice the rate of growth of our economy.

"So our economy was weak before we got to the point of these threats from President Trump."

Eddie, you useless Chug, you would form a coalition with anybody who offered you a one hundred millilitre bottle of hand sanitizer.

Look up the Century Initiative. It is another one of Conman's babies along with Net Zero. he Century Initiative describes itself as "a national, non-partisan charity with a mission to enhance Canada's long-term prosperity, resiliency, and global influence by responsibly growing the population of Canada to 100 million by 2100."

Pierre Poilievre has spoken in favour of capping immigration.

Speaking in Gatineau, Que., on Sunday, Poilievre said the Liberals have ruined Canada's immigration system.

"These out-of-touch Liberals inflated housing costs, drove up the cost of food, pushed two million people to food banks, unleashed crime on our streets, ruined our immigration system," Poilievre said.

"We'll cap immigration and stop the radical Century Initiative, which seeks to almost triple our population to 100 million people, a crazy idea still endorsed by Liberals and their top advisers. That will end when I am prime minister."

Conman's emissions/production cap and Net Zero bullshit shows he is out of step with working folks.

Canadians are all in from coast to coast on oil and gas development. I never thought I'd see the day but this includes the highest level of support in generations for a rapid expansion of Canada's oil and gas industry.

This dynamic presents a major threat to Conman's Liberals, who spent ten years blocking new pipelines.

The poll was conducted in mid-February by Yorkville Strategies for the Alberta government. In total, 1,741 Canadians were interviewed, with a 2.3 per cent margin of error 19 times out of 20.

91 per cent of respondents say Canada should expand its ability to export oil and LNG.

his includes 86 per cent pipeline support in Quebec and 92 per cent support in B.C., two provinces where historically there's been lukewarm support. Much has changed since 2017 when an Abacus poll found just 43 per cent of Canadians supported new pipelines (with 36 per cent neutral and 22 per cent against), with just 27 per cent support in Quebec, 39 per cent in B.C.

When it comes to oil and gas, 89 per cent now want more refineries and LNG terminals, 82 per cent say Canada should fast-track permits, and 72 per cent favour axing the carbon tax.

On a specific oil pipeline project, there's 82 per cent support for a new Northern Gateway pipeline to take oil and gas from Edmonton to Kitimat on the northwest B.C. coast, with 81 per cent support in B.C.

On a new Energy East pipeline taking oil from southern Alberta to Montreal and the Maritimes, there's 84 per cent support, including 77 per cent support in Quebec.

So much for oil and gas pipelines not being "socially acceptable" in Quebec.
