Let me be crystal clear. If this guy had been a legal resident or an American citizen we'd be having a different conversation

in that context I would be 100% behind the effort to afford him due process if they intent was to deprive him of his right to live here based on alleged gang affiliation.

The due process would need to come in the form of proving he is a member of said gang. Otherwise, we're sending a man to a notorious prison littered with gang members who's only crime is slapping around his wife? I'm not for that.

The province more likely to leave in that regard is Quebec.

However, they will probably soon come to the realization that if they want to preserve their precious language and culture that they oughta allow pipelines through their province to expand Canadian markets in Europe for oil and gas. Otherwise, if Canada goes, so does Quebec. They're the most vulnerable to being swallowed up by the Americans and having their culture extinguished in a New United States. Even former Prime Minister Jean Chretien publicly admitted that. So even tho he's 90, he might step outta retirement to sell Quebec on the idea of pipelines which former PM Harper started but was rejected by that province.

1. He committed the crime of illegal entry more than once, a felony.

2. He beat his wife with his boot and almost injured his own child. Because of that she obtained an order of protection against him, which she dropped (likely under MS13 pressure). Nonetheless an order of protection standing alone is lawful grounds for deportation.

3. The "asylum" request was because he claimed that a RIVAL gang would come after him. Not that he was being recruited by MS13.

4. Unlawful presence, domestic violence, gang affiliation (as found by the immigration court and affirmed on appeal), terrorist affiliation — are all grounds for removal. He got due process from the immigration judge and the appeals process.

9. The Supreme Court order was to "facilitate" the return of this criminal gang banging terrorist to the USA. The president of El Salvador was asked and he said NO. The court cannot order the president of El Salvador to release the man. Nor can the court order the USA to FORCE his return.

Anyway Shen Li Shen, Quebec finally smartened the fuck up when Trump talked about making Canada the 51st state because they realize that means THEM:



...and they're the ones who'd be hit hardest by annexation.
