Pretty good! My friend I grew up with came, and my son and his wife. I cooked everything on the campfire, chicken, sweet potatoes, and fresh green beans.

I did it blackened style.... not burnt lol, seasoned. They thought I burnt it lol. When they ate it they realized, and it was juicy, and they loved it. Was so damn good since it was cooked with a wood fire.

You could, but I did boneless skinless breasts. I jus seasoned it up real good before I threw it on the grill piece I had on the campfire.

You could say, that it was a carpet muncher tick lol, it never made it South enough, thankfully lol, that would of been awful.

I stayed as long as I could the next day, enjoying the peacefulness, everything blooming, the sound of the stream..... happiness.

If done on the grill, I like the skin on. Too dry without the skin on.

Believe me, I totally get what you're saying, I like doing thighs with skin on when Im grilling chicken. My friend provided the chick titties lol. I made it right though, it wasn't dry at all on the inside.

They BAD right now. Some folks found some on them at my Son's wedding. My friend found one on him too this past weekend. Hell, I had one crawling towards me while I was squatting in the woods pooping!!! hahahahaha, and THAT one was NOT getting near me, I made sure of that, cause it was one with the white dot on top, they will mess you up if they bite ya.
