Yeah, the same polls that predicted a Hillary landslide victory in 2016.

Donald Trump berated a reporter for implying that the president had agreed to receive an improper gift from the country of Qatar.

Trump was signing an executive order at the Oval Office on Monday when an ABC News reporter asked him about the announcement that the ruling family of Qatar planned on gifting a luxury Boeing 747-8 jumbo jet to use as his presidential airplane.

"What do you say to people who view that luxury jet as a personal gift to you?" asked Rachel Scott.

"It's not a gift to me. It's a gift to the Department of Defense, and you should know better, because you've been embarrassed enough and so has your network," he added. "Your network is a disaster. ABC is a disaster."

Critics of the president have said the gift could be seen as a bribe, but the White House claimed it sought legal advice that said there was nothing improper about the gift.

As anti-ICE rioting continued Sunday in Los Angeles, KABC-TV's live video coverage caught a scene showing what the station said was a handful of self-driving Waymo vehicles on fire.

As the simultaneous infernos shot thick clouds of black smoke into the sky, an anchor offered commentary that appeared to downplay the violence.

"Things do look relatively peaceful at this hour," one anchor said, adding that "it's hard to say that with three cars burning, but things do seem relatively calm, minus these cars that have been set on fire."

Then as the anchor warned authorities about the tense situation on the ground, he offered a chef's kiss of sorts that may have eclipsed the media's infamous "mostly peaceful" spin from years past.

He said the scene "could turn very volatile if you move law enforcement in there in the wrong way and turn what is just a bunch of people having fun watching cars burn into a massive confrontation and altercation between officers and demonstrators."

Yup. "A bunch of people having fun watching cars burn."

Trump triumphs again.

Kamala Harris sat down for an interview with CBS News' "60 Minutes." The heavily edited version of the interview that aired on Oct. 7 proved to be a complete disaster not only for the Democratic candidate but for the liberal network and its parent company, which now has to pay a steep price to the great displeasure of liberal media personalities.

Trump sued CBS News over the interview on Oct. 31, 2024, accusing the network of "partisan and unlawful acts of election and voter interference through malicious, deceptive, and substantial news distortion calculated to (a) confuse, deceive, and mislead the public, and (b) attempt to tip the scales in favor of the Democratic Party as the heated 2024 Presidential Election — which President Trump is leading — approaches its conclusion."

Trump initially sued for $10 billion but then increased his claim in a subsequent filing to $20 billion.

Paramount, CBS News' parent company, announced late Tuesday that it will settle the action, which CBS said in a court filing just days earlier was a "meritless lawsuit" that takes aim at a news organization "for editorial decisions Plaintiffs dislike."

Under the agreement — which the Freedom of the Press Foundation pre-emptively threatened to sue Paramount over — $16 million will be allocated to Trump's future presidential library and to the president's fees and costs, reported CBS News.

Wow, I don't think PBS pays that much to so many people.  Only maybe the top executive positions.

PBS doesn't receive $1.5 billion annually from Washington.

Personally, I want them cut off from my tax dollars because they can't seem to understand the concept of unbiased.
