Roberts sided with the liberal-leaning justices in the dissent against the rest of the court in the split 5-4 decision. The administration successfully overturned a lower court order that blocked the defunding of $783 million from the National Institutes of Health.

Right, but we knew that back when the election results were announced. All the lawfare conducted against Trump... its sole purpose was to keep him out of office. The Democratic Party is out of touch with middle America. Barring a major recession or another plandemic they will not win back the White House in 2028.

It is not looking good for the Democrats going forward.
