Four minutes later, he pulled out a folding knife and lunged forward, stabbing her three times, at least once in the neck, police said.

That's horrific.....it reminds of an incident near Winnipeg almost twenty years ago when a passenger on a Greyhound was stabbed to death while he slept and after beheaded.

You are taking a risk of being assaulted on any public transit system in Canada. And if that isn't enough reason to not take buses and mass transit systems in Canada, you also have to deal with the smell of urine and feces from all the homeless junkies.
