Actress Kelley Mack, who played Addy on Season 9 of The Walking Dead, has died at age 33.

According to an online obituary, Mack, who was born Kelley Klebenow, died on Aug. 2, after battling glioma of the central nervous system.

Jim Lovell, Apollo 13 commander, dies at age 97



Jim Lovell, the astronaut who commanded the famous Apollo 13 mission, has died, NASA announced Friday. He was 97.

Apollo 13, a 1970 flight to the moon, became known as a "successful failure" after the spacecraft experienced an oxygen tank explosion thousands of miles from Earth but managed to safely return home.

Acting NASA Administrator Sean Duffy said in a statement that Lovell died Thursday in Lake Forest, Illinois. Duffy praised Lovell's life and work, saying he inspired millions of people.

"Jim's character and steadfast courage helped our nation reach the Moon and turned a potential tragedy into a success from which we learned an enormous amount," Duffy said.

Lovell was also the command module pilot for 1968's Apollo 8 mission, the first to carry humans to the moon and back, though it did not land on the lunar surface.

Fashion designer Giorgio Armani dies at 91



MILAN (AP) — Giorgio Armani, the Italian designer who turned the concept of understated elegance into a multibillion-dollar fashion empire, has died, his fashion house confirmed. He was 91.

Armani died at home, the fashion house said. Armani, one of the most recognizable names and faces in the global fashion industry, missed Milan Fashion Week in June 2025 for the first time during the previews of Spring-Summer 2026 menswear to recover from an undisclosed condition. He was planning a major event to celebrate 50 years of his signature Giorgio Armani fashion house during Milan Fashion Week this month.

At the time of his death, Armani had put together an empire worth over $10 billion, which along with clothing included accessories, home furnishings, perfumes, cosmetics, books, flowers and even chocolates, ranking him in the world's top 200 billionaires, according to Forbes.

The designer also owned several bars, clubs, restaurants and his own basketball team EA7 Emporio Armani Milan, better known as Olympia Milano. Armani opened more than than 20 restaurants from Milan to Tokyo since 1998, and two hotels, one in Dubai in 2009 and another in Milan, in 2010.

The great goaltender Ken Dryden, who led the Montreal Canadiens to six Stanley Cups in the 1970s, died on Friday at the age of 78. The cause of death was cancer. Dryden was as brilliant off the ice as he was in goal for the Habs. He was a lawyer, politician and NHL executive after his hockey career.

He was one of the greatest goaltenders of all time. But, I dodn't like him as a politician. He was not a blue Liberal like many in Martin's cabinet.

Rick Davies, founding member of the British rock band Supertramp, has died at 81 after a lengthy battle with multiple myeloma.

"As co-writer, along with partner Roger Hodgson, he was the voice and pianist behind Supertramp's most iconic songs, leaving an indelible mark on rock music history," the group wrote.

Davies was responsible for writing or cowriting the tracks "Breakfast in America," "Goodbye Stranger," "Dreamer" and "Give a Little Bit."
