We had the mix right until the Liberal Party defeated Stephen Harper's Conservatives in 2015. Most immigrants were from developing countries but they were highly educated, skilled, fluent in one of our official languages and easy to assimilate. And we kept the annual intake manageable.

All that changed with Trudeau. More refugees, more students(many are not really students), temporary foreign workers, and family reunification. All of these categories were less skilled, had fewer economic resources of their own and struggled to learn English or French. The numbers are also too high. Carney has gone evewn further down this dangerous road than Trudeau did.

50% white, 40% asian, 5% black and 5% mexican.... no jews. no muslims.... that would be ideal.... there would be no "crime zones" that couldn't be neutralized overnight....

What we found when we had an immigration system that put national needs first is that we got a more diverse balance. The Liberals plan of flooding Canada with low cost labour has seen the majorithy of migrants come from a few countries. I will not say which countries.

I get where he is coming from. We dont want to assume the worst of others. Especially if they seem kind and easy to connect with 

Most people are not used to having those kind and easy to connect with people suddenly flipping the script and becoming monsters ....so its hard to fathom until youve seen it

i'm not against legal immigration.... i don't mind it at all.... but i expect someone who was allowed to come here to have basic respect.... learn the language and obey the law within reason....
