If there's one thing in life I avoid like the plague it's subscriptions. They keep sneaking the price up and up hoping you don't notice and if you go to cancel it's next to impossible. Any site that wants a subscription gets no clicks from me.

I don't know enough about it to say it is good or bad. I am trying to understand the point of it.

It doesn't benefit consumers. It benefits low life trash who keep shoplifting until the regular grocery store is forced to close due to massive losses. The low lifes then start crying about the lack of grocery stores and the government sets one up to take it's place. Then they shoplift the government grocery store until it has to close too.
