Less foreign capital means a weaker loonie, eroding confidence and pushing borrowing costs higher. When investors dump bonds, prices fall and yields rise—driving up fixed mortgage rates, especially if Ottawa floods the market with debt into weak demand. All of which are happening because of Mr. Carney's poor policy decisions including the one today to not repeal the emissions cap which means even less foreign capital investment in Canada.

From 1990 to 2007, diesel particulate emissions were reduced over 90%. Its all a fucking SCAM!
