That is his right and is in fact, consistent with Biblical mandates. But aren't church and state supposed to be separate? Did not Jesus himself say "pay onto Caesar that which belongs to Caesar and that which belongs to GOd to GOd"?

What good is going to come from other than to allow health insurance providers off the hook for same sex couples and allow for higher tax rates on same sex couples?
