Sugarbuns, remember I explained to you last night after we had sex that Mr. Trump does not have the power to pull the accounting tricks Mr. Carney is doing.

That is because Canada is less transparent. A prime minister who is not in a minority can do whatever he wants. And doing what he wants to deceive voters is what Mr. Carney is doing.

Mr. Trump on the other had does not have that luxury. Congress has the final say on spending and the books.
