I only did 2 pain pills the first day, day 2 and 3 I only did a couple Tylenol during the day and a pain pill before bed. On day 4 I did a couple Tylenol during the day, nothing that night, and I've been just dealing with the pain without meds since Monday night. I have a high pain tolerance, and its not THAT bad that I feel I need meds.

I frickin' HATE this huge ass brace. I feel it limits me too much, and is causing more harm than good in recovery. I know it offers more support, but it squeezes certain muscles and such too much, or pinches them. I adjust it, but if its too loose it slides down, and if its too tight then when I stand and the leg swells its squeezing too hard. Thought I had it just right last night, adjusting it again right now, but letting it breathe a moment while Im typing. Sleep is SHIT with this motherfucker on!

I like to stand, Im not much of a sitter, I like being active. So all this couch time is driving me CRAZY. And then factor in my tiny butt cheeks, which equals not much cushion, and well my ass is getting sore from all this sitting hahaha. Been watching a LOT of movies and TikTok lol.

 Eat fiber rich foods as well. Opiates will constipate most people. If it gets bad get the magnesium citrate. That will help....just make sure you can stay home until it works lol

 Move around as much as possible and get some melatonin. That will help you rest.

 You'll be healed up before you know it!

 Melatonin is just a supplement that helps promote rest. And i can tell you it WORKS.

 We always have a bottle of it around. I even give some to Squish on nights that she struggles to settle and fall asleep (they have it for kids and her pediatrician said it was perfectly fine).

 Get the adult Melatonin though lol. Probably 10mg chewies or tablets.

 I love the stuff because it works well and it isnt a sleep pill or sedative so you wont feel all groggy or wake up with that ick feeling.

 Years ago when I was having sleep issues (from my PTSD. Ill have weeks of being in a state of constant anxiety....not so much now but it happens) and I wanted to stay off the psych meds, my doctor gave me ambien.

 I was getting up in the middle of the night, doing my make up, cooking pancakes and having entire conversations with people online that I have NO memory of having.  Id be up posting on the forums and had NO memory of doing it. Id seriously have no idea i had gotten up and did all these things and posted. Id log on later the next day and people are quoting me all mad as fuck and I didnt even remember doing it lol
