I got won over on laminate because its much better quality than it used to be. Some is at least.

And I like the darker brown wood grain ones too lol.

The problem is, we have all these wood beams and trim and its all light wood. Basically its all the color of the wood panel walls in the photo I posted.

So I will have to stain all of it darker. Which I have no problem doing.

I love that these days you can take a photo of a room, and change the wall colors, the floor, everything and see how it will look. It feels like cheating lol

So there is more pressure to change their gender. However, I'm not discounting what you are saying. I would like to see an unbiased study on the effects of those drug cocktails. Particularly on kids.

 My daughters both know teenagers who are "trans".  My oldest daughters girlfriends sister is doing that "non binary" shit. Shes 19 and her whole friend group is weird like that.

 My daughter who lives with me has two friends who went down this road. The one was a girl who was living as a boy, she was so convincing that I didn't even know. I honestly believed this was a gay boy. Not hard for a teenage girl to present that way.

 She didnt get any medical assistance for this and she grew out of it.

 The other one is a boy who is just "questioning" his gender. He is clearly a male, but has long hair and wears some make up. He knows that I will not use female pronouns to address him and he understands why and there is no problem there. He hasn't taken any medication but has gone to some appointments.

 What these two have in common, are messed up homelives and emotionally unavailable, selfish parents. The one girl had been living with her grandparents because both her mother and father are drunks and addicts. The boy lives with just his mother and the mother is a trainwreck of a person.  This poor kid hung out here last holiday season because the moms boyfriend is hateful to him and mom does nothing.

 I've noticed these kids of woke parents are full of dysfunction and their kids are vulnerable because they are not getting the connection and validation they need at home from their parents. So they are getting it where they can get it and when these young people "come out" they immediately get that validation, admiration and praise they desperately need.

 And it's just common enough with Gen Z where questioning one's gender is a "normal" thing some kids do.

 And of course the goddamn Planned Parenthood will give minors "gender affirmating care" and abortions without ever contacting parents or requiring parental consent. Its pure evil. So if these vulnerable kids wanted to, they could just go do it.

 Not that i think these scum bag parents would stop even if they knew.
