Making drivers undergo breath tests has been a major contributor to the reduction of road deaths in Australia.

Canada's fatality rate is considerably higher per capita than ours. Random breath testing will bring it down.

Welcome to the 21st Century, Canucks...these laws have been in Australia for over 10 years, as well as in many other countries.

Agreed, it is an encroachment on your time, but it is not a denial of rights.

Because, most importantly, you have the RIGHT to drive on a road without fear of being killed or injured by an impaired driver.

THAT is the right these "Human rights" gong beaters constantly fail to address.

Lol another ignorant crybaby, it might be easy for me to say this b/c I duno how to enjoy alcohol, but how hard is it to avoid drinking and driving, people these days just dun realize how stupid they are with the videos they come up with.

Of course our road fatality rate is higher..

Australians don't have to drive on icy roads in a white out.
