Looks like the U.S. won't be getting the regime change they've been stoking.

Why would they bother.

Leave the place alone.

They caint, BTa

Same reason they couldn't leave Iraq alone.

Its all about the oil

USA might not be worse than Russia or China, but they're also no better.

Just another superpower trying to gobble up another nation's resources

Like any superpower they'll stop at nothing to get it.

Shows how little you know. The US did not get any cheap oil out of Iraq. Zero, nada. And Russia has no interest in seeing competing Venezuelan oil flood the market. Not that it matters anyway, because China owns the rights to some Venezuelan oil.

Anyway, I explained this to you before. In fact, I did in this very thread. You didn't read posts again.

Yes, you have on more than one occasion..

But, it's the same when Seoul explained to him more than once that congress not the president is responsible for budgets..

That's why Seoul ignores him now.....he doesn't read what people write..

I won't derail this thread anymore.

I think that instead of typing out replies to Joe which he won't fully read if at all, every poster should print out their reply on sheets of paper to be placed in between Joe's bald sweaty skull and his toupees so he can read through reverse osmosis.

Back to the OP for me though.

Not a bad idea. Berating the old virgin about not reading what type hasn't worked.

And nothing on the major news sources here about the op.

Frood

I'm not surprised that the major news sources are avoiding it at the moment. They're still Trump Mueller Snake bit.

True enough. That sucks all the oxygen out of the news rooms.

They're probably saving it to blame on Trump for colluding non-colludingly with Russia, next week.

They've begun to cover it now.

Trump says Russia must get out of Venezuela.

US President Donald Trump has warned that Russia must get out of Venezuela.

QuoteTwo planeloads of Russian troops are currently in the Latin American country under the terms of a 2001 cooperation treaty.

Speaking at the White House, Trump also warned that "all options are open" when it comes to getting Russia out of Venezuela.

Around 100 Russian troops touched down in Caracas on Saturday, a show of support for President Nicolas Maduro's government. The move caused consternation in Washington, however, with Vice President Mike Pence calling the deployment an "unnecessary provocation."

Pence also called on Russia to withdraw its support of Maduro and "stand with Juan Guaido," the Washington-sponsored opposition leader who declared himself interim president in January.

Trump met with Guaido's wife, Fabiana Rosales, on Wednesday, and pledged his support to her husband. After the momentum behind his play for the presidency fizzled out, Guaido has continued to criticize Maduro's government, on Tuesday accusing the Venezuelan leader of violating the country's constitution by welcoming the Russian troops.

The Russian Foreign Ministry, meanwhile, insisted that the deployment was carried out "in strict accordance with the constitution of that country and with full respect for its legal norms."

US officials have repeatedly warned Russia against intervening in the Guaido/Maduro power struggle. National Security Adviser John Bolton tweeted on Monday that the "United States will not tolerate hostile foreign military powers meddling with the Western Hemisphere's shared goals of democracy, security, and the rule of law."

Bolton's words echoed those of Senate Armed Services Committee chair Jim Inhofe (R-Iowa), who threatened "whatever action necessary" should Russia encroach on "our hemisphere" last month.

Venezuela is not as important to Russia as it is to China.
