Although the US is injecting a lot more people per capita than we are, they have had probems too with rollouts. Andrew Cuomo is blaming everybody, but himself for not enough vaccinations going out as fast they should.

The biggest reason most provinces have withheld half the vials Ottawa first sent is they can't count on the feds to send enough for second doses. The Trudeau government was too slow to order supplies from reliable pharmaceutical companies.



In their frustration to be freed from COVID oppression, they'll tend to blame the provinces that have unused vaccine in the freezer, especially those provinces with plenty of globetrotting politicians.
