Well actually when my son went through primary school, dental health checks were free in Western Australia...



And last January when I was in hospital, I said, "oh shit, I forgot my toothpaste," in front of a nurse and two minutes later a brand new toothbrush AND a tube of Colgate Toothpaste Total (my favourite) was handed to me free of charge....

You make your own with a sea sponge and sew a string to it...pull it out, give it a good rinse and whack it back in.



BUT, you must remember toxic shock syndrome is caused by infection from leaving tampons in for too long.



Just stick to your regular products... they aren't that expensive for westerners.
