The one I don't get is "self-isolate". There are many people who just don't care about other people and also not about infecting others

I feel the British government much like the Alberta and Saskatchewan governments to do the adult and responsible thing and isolate without being forced by the state......we do that if catch the flu..



We'll soon see if people do the responsible thing.
