Dominion Part of Council That Disputed Election Integrity Concerns in DHS Statement

Dominion Voting Systems used statement, which obscured company's council membership, to dispute concerns over voting systems



After allegations emerged that called into questioned the integrity of voting machines produced by Dominion Voting Systems, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA)—part of the Department of Homeland Security—issued a statement on Nov. 12 disputing the allegations, saying "the November 3rd election was the most secure in American history."



What the agency failed to disclose, however, is that Dominion Voting Systems is a member of CISA's Election Infrastructure Sector Coordinating Council, one of two entities that authored the statement put out by CISA.



In addition, Smartmatic, a separate voting machine company that has been the subject of additional concerns, is also a member.

Georgia Recount Uncovers 2,600 Uncounted Ballots in One County, Most for Trump



Thousands of ballots were not tabulated in a Georgia county during the normal vote counting process, state officials announced Monday night.



The 2,600 uncounted ballots in Floyd County were mostly for President Donald Trump. The new discovery cuts Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden's lead in the state by about 800 votes.



The ballots weren't counted because officials in the county did not upload them on Election Night, Gabriel Sterling, who manages the state's election system for Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, told reporters during a virtual press conference.



"This is why you do the audits. There's no issues with any of the equipment or anything, they just didn't scan these ballots, it looks like, or the card was not put through properly," he said.



"So the secretary says this is such an amazing blunder."

Whistleblower Alleges Software Manipulated Votes to Change Venezuelan Election Results



WASHINGTON—Trump campaign lawyer and former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell released an affidavit on Nov. 16, from an alleged whistleblower who claims to have witnessed how election software secretly manipulates votes without leaving a trace.



The whistleblower—who says his or her background is with the Venezuelan military, including the national security guard detail of the Venezuelan president—outlines an alleged conspiracy between Smartmatic software executives, former Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez, and that country's election officials, to ensure Chavez won reelections and retained power for years. The whistleblower said he was present at multiple meetings.



The whistleblower claimed the "software and fundamental design of the electronic electoral system and software of Dominion and other election tabulating companies relies upon software that is a descendant of the Smartmatic Electoral Management System."



"In short, the Smartmatic software is in the DNA of every vote tabulating company's software and system, "the whistleblower said.



The affidavit alleges that Dominion is one of three major companies that tabulates votes in the United States.



Powell said in a Nov. 15 interview, "We're getting ready to overturn election results in multiple states." She claimed that the U.S. election software switched "millions of votes" from Trump to Biden.



The whistleblower claims that Smartmatic created a system that anonymized the voters' choices inside the machine and then spat out the desired outcome by the end of the election day. No vote could be traced back to an individual voter.

Nevada County Tosses Local Election Result Citing 139 Discrepancies



Nevada's Clark County on Monday tossed the results of a local election after a canvass unearthed 139 discrepancies in a district on a razor edge.



"We have found discrepancies that we can't explain that would cast a doubt on whether or not that margin of victory is solid," Clark County Registrar Joe Gloria said of District C during a meeting convened to certify the county's election results.



While discrepancies are common—Gloria said the canvass identified a total of 936 discrepancies throughout the county—the county declined to certify the results for the race for the District C commissioner because the margin between the two candidates was just 10 votes. As a result, the discrepancies "could affect the outcome of the election," Gloria said.



Adam Laxalt, an attorney with Trump's legal team in Nevada, noted that the tossed election had 153,000 votes cast.



"The Clark County Commission just threw out an election that represents almost 1/6 of the total votes cast in Clark County because there were too many 'discrepancies' to be sure that that the results in that election can be certain," Laxalt wrote on Twitter.

Dominion Confirms Clinton Foundation Donation, Former Pelosi Staffer Link



Dominion Voting Systems has refuted claims about being biased toward Democratic officials during the Nov. 3 election, including allegations about a raid on a server in Germany as well as ties to Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) However, it did note that it made a donation to the Bill- and Hillary Clinton-operated Clinton Foundation and did not dispute that a former staffer of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) was hired as a lobbyist.

Trump Campaign Lawsuit Seeking to Block Pennsylvania Vote Certification Heads to Court



A federal lawsuit by President Donald Trump's campaign seeking to prevent Pennsylvania officials from certifying the vote results on grounds of inconsistent practices around "curing" ballots, is on track for a court hearing on Tuesday.



The legal challenge centers on how some counties let voters fix, or "cure," mail-in ballots that lacked secrecy envelopes or had other problems. The suit claims counties' inconsistent practices violated constitutional rights of due process and equal protection under the law and resulted in the "unlawful dilution or debasement" of properly cast votes.



"Democratic heavy counties," the lawsuit alleges, notified voters about the lack of secrecy envelopes or other problems in time for some to fix them, but counties in Republican regions "followed the law and did not provide a notice and cure process, disenfranchising many."

2 Charged With Voter Fraud, Allegedly Submitted 8,000 Fraudulent Registration Applications



Two men were arrested and charged in Southern California on voter fraud charges after they allegedly submitted thousands of fraudulent voter registration applications on behalf of homeless people, said the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office on Tuesday.



Carlos Antonio De Bourbon Montenegro, 53, and Marcos Raul Arevalo, 34, were charged with one count each of conspiracy to commit voter fraud, eight counts of voter fraud, four counts of procuring and offering a false or forged instrument, and other charges, said the DA's office in a news release.



The office said Montenegro allegedly submitted more than "8,000 fraudulent voter registration applications between July and October 2020."

Doesn't matter if Dominion is biased or not. They don't have to be. When you sell the permissions in the contract so users can change things, it's no longer something that matters. Especially when there are back doors built in.

Mail-In Ballots in Pennsylvania Not Registered in State Data, Hundreds of Voters Say



More than 400 Republican voters in Pennsylvania say they requested mail-in ballots and returned them to vote, but the state absentee voting data say the ballots weren't returned, according to a fraud detection team that contacted the voters.



The team was put together by Matt Braynard, former data and strategy director for President Donald Trump's 2016 election campaign. The team analyzed the data and set up a call center to verify election inconsistencies in several states, including Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Arizona, where the Trump campaign is contesting the results.



Of the "many thousands" called, the team managed to reach 1,706 Pennsylvania registered Republican voters who, according to the state data, received mail-in ballots, Braynard said in a Nov. 16 series of tweets and later in an email to The Epoch Times.



Of the 1,137 who did request a ballot, nearly 40 percent (453) said they mailed the ballots back, but the state data show the ballots weren't received or counted, Braynard said.



If the results are representative of the whole state, they could throw into question the election result.



Some 165,000 Pennsylvania Republicans were mailed ballots but weren't marked as having returned them, Braynard said.



Former Vice President Joe Biden currently leads by fewer than 75,000 votes in the state, according to unofficial results.

The discovery was part of Georgia's statewide audit involving a manual hand recount of nearly 5 million paper ballots in each of the state's 159 counties.



The ballots found in Fayette County were scanned onto the memory card but did not get uploaded, said Gabriel Sterling, who manages the state's election system for Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a Republican.



Of the votes, 1,577 were for President Donald Trump, 1,128 were for Democratic nominee Joe Biden, and the remainder included 43 for Libertarian presidential candidate Jo Jorgensen, and seven write-ins, Sterling said.
