Cheating puts Biden in the white house

Today in the United States District Court for the middle district of Pennsylvania, Donald J. Trump and two representative voters filed suit against the Secretary of State and select counties alleging two things. Number one, a violation of equal access based on a lack of meaningful observation and transparency particularly in Democrat controlled counties, and secondly a violation of equal protection based on disparate treatment between Republican voters and Democrat voters.



What this means if you were a Democrat in Philadelphia, you were able to work outside the grounds on fixing defective ballots — sometimes referred to as 'curing' — but if you're in Republican counties in the state of Pennsylvania you were not allowed to do that because they were strictly following the text of the statute in Pennsylvania.



In Philadelphia and Allegheny Counties, there were over 682,000 ballots that were tabulated outside of the view of our ballot observers who were entitled by law to view those ballots.

"There were tens of thousands of these absentee ballots, and apparently every ballot was counted and attributed only to Democratic candidates," the lawsuit states. The ballots allegedly arrived in vehicles with out-of-state license plates, a separate sworn affidavit states.



Elections officials instructed poll workers to backdate ballots that arrived past the deadline, ignore signature mismatches, and push through ballots despite questionable validity, the lawsuit alleges.



"I processed absentee ballot packages to be sent to voters while I worked at the election headquarters in September 2020 along with 70-80 other poll workers," Jessy Jacob, a Michigan poll worker wrote in a sworn affidavit. "I was instructed by my supervisor to adjust the mailing date of these absentee ballot packages to be dated earlier than they were actually sent. The supervisor was making announcements for all workers to engage in this practice."



Voters who showed up at the polling site but could not be found on the voter files had ballots assigned to them from a random name on the qualified voter files, according to another sworn affidavit.



"The fraud and blatant disregard for chain of custody observed at the Detroit Absentee Voter Counting Board may be responsible for well over the 146,123 votes currently promoted by media outlets as the Biden margin of victory in Michigan, not to mention the margin in favor of Peters in the U.S. Senate Race," Colbeck wrote in an email to The Epoch Times.

Fraud in Michigan may also be responsible for senate candidate John James' loss too.

Jessy Jacob, a city of Detroit employee, signed an affidavit saying she was instructed to backdate mail ballots and not to look for any deficiencies with the ballots.



She said she was told not to ask for identification when voters arrived to vote in person.



She further alleged that she "directly observed, on a daily basis, City of Detroit election workers and employees coaching and trying to coach voters to vote for Joe Biden and the Democrat party."



"I witnessed these workers and employees encouraging voters to do a straight Democrat ballot," her affidavit said. "I witnessed these election workers and employees going over to the voting booths with voters in order to watch them vote and coach them for whom to vote."



Poll watcher Andrew Sitto said tens of thousands of ballots arrived in Wayne County around 4:30 a.m. Of the ballots from this batch he saw being processed, all were for Biden.



Other poll watchers told him the ballots arrived in "several vehicles with out-of-state license plates," his affidavit said.



Poll watcher Daniel Gustafson said the ballots arrived in mail boxes with open tops and no seals.

Georgia Election Official: 'We Are Going to Find That People Did Illegally Vote'

Vote-counting efforts in the state to be finished Tuesday or Wednesday



Georgia's vote-counting efforts will be done either on Tuesday or Wednesday, and the state is headed to a likely recount, said an official with Georgia's secretary of state office.



Gabriel Sterling, a spokesman for the office, said in a news conference on Monday that 47 out of 112 counties have certified their election results. All counties' results have to be certified by Friday, Nov. 12, and after that, the state will have to certify its results by Nov. 20, according to state law.



"We are going to find that people did illegally vote, there are going to be double voters, and people that did not meet the qualifications to be a registered voter to vote in this state. That will be found," Sterling said. He didn't elaborate on the margin of victory.

Barr Authorizes Federal Prosecutors to Probe 'Substantial' Allegations of Voting Irregularities



Attorney General William Barr has authorized federal prosecutors across the country to "pursue substantial allegations" of voting irregularities, according to media reports citing a memo reportedly from Barr's office.



"I authorize you to pursue substantial allegations of voting and vote tabulation irregularities prior to the certification of elections in your jurisdictions in certain cases, as I have already done in specific instances. Such inquiries and reviews may be conducted if there are clear and apparently credible allegations of irregularities that, if true, could potentially impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual State," read part of the 2-page memo.



"Any investigation of claims of irregularities that, if true, would clearly not impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual State should normally be deferred until after the election certification process is completed. While U.S. Attorneys maintain their inherent authority to conduct inquiries and investigations as they deem appropriate, it will likely be prudent to commence any election-related matters as a preliminary inquiry so as to assess whether available evidence warrants further investigative steps."
