Given the year is drawing to a close, the BBC traditionally publishes a "Best of..." series of lists of music, books and other artforms.



In its Top Ten popular music albums of 2021, ALL its nomantions are either female or people of colour, including one gay black artist. The majority being by female artists.



Not one white male artist or group nominated.



The same racial and gender bias followed in the books list, although there might have been one white male (it's hard to tell when writers use pseudonyms).

Their Conservative party is almost as timid as ours. Johnson won't privatize the BBC.

I wouldn't like that either. They could use a funding model like we do and I assume Australia does for our public broadcasters.

The CBC gets $1.2 billion. They have priavate advertising, but it has been going down for years. And it too is prog thought and bullshit.
