I made Wild Turkey chili over the weekend (the bourbon, not turkey meat lol).

Bocconcini are small mozzarella cheese balls the size of an egg. Like other mozzarellas, they are semi-soft, white, and rindless unripened mild cheeses that originated in Naples and were once made only from the milk of water buffalo. Apricot Chicken on rice....Fairly simple recipe. The sauce is French dressing, apricot preserves and onion soup mix. We were out of French dressing so I looked up the recipe and wound up with home made French dressing. Turned out great. Fresh green beans on the side. Pretty tasty.
