I had 2 shrimp tacos, and 1 fish taco, with chips and goat cheese on the side. Yummy!



Wishing I had one of them Texas Margaritas  :laugh:

Its sooooooo good. Its the best taco in town! Right next to the scallop taco at the other Mexican joint.



I was gonna post a pic to show you, but it doesnt show the shrimp one well. It shows the fish one real good.

Tonight will be my 4th night of meatloaf this week lol. I had seafood tacos on Tuesday. I plan to have fish tomorrow.
I've come here to chew bubble gum, and kick ass. And I'm all out of bubblegum.

Oh I know lol. Just never had it. They recently tried repopulating the Elk population here in Virginia. I havent seen one yet.

We have elk farms around here as well as an annual hunting season for elk.

Had an old school video game night Saturday night with friends. I made 2 homemade pizzas, one with hamburger, sausage, and green pepper, the other with half hot sauce, half BBQ sauce, with chicken and bacon.



Last night I made a pot roast in the crockpot. Taters took forever. 8 hours on low and were hard still. Then I cranked it up to High, for over 3 more hours and STILL not tender. I said oh well and ate them as they were, considering it was nearly 1am.
