Thawed out some seasoned ground pork I get from a little store in Louisiana. Added some onions, garlic, rice, ground black pepper, and parmesan Then stuffed some huge green bell pepper halves. Topped with provolone, with fresh green beans as the side. Quite tasty.

Do you cook them in the oven? For how long at what temperature.

We cooked them for a little over an hour at 375F. Used a thermometer and took them to about 170.

Also precooked the bell peppers for about 10 mins at 375F to get them a little tender.

Confession Time!!

Here's a change of pace for site and especially for normally traditional me - I finally took the leap about a month ago

Found a real deal on highly rated & huge Kalorik Air Fry / Conventional Oven / Toaster / Broiler /  Rotisserie / etc etc ad infinitum

Got lucky and hit special 200.00 Canadian $ offer day including shipping (an extra $40.00.. off usual sale price>) https://maxxoven.ca/">//https://maxxoven.ca/ (a deal that finally made me jump and give it a try)

https://az686452.vo.msecnd.net/cmr/t5988/opt/cc6d6092ead146ffbef612603ceed6ae_2.jpg">

Broil is best I ever had for steaks, chops or even crunchy chicken breasts & thighs (Can be set to very hot so as to caramelize surface dramatically) .. Or can be Air Fried chicken breasts way crunchier than KFC with no batter & only a spoon full of E.V. Olive Oil (eat your heart out Shen)  .. and is now my daily morning toaster as well

I know that most of them are not as good as advertised, but figured that a Belgian company founded in 1930 just  might be different that most of the others. Turns out it's even more effective than advertised, so I lucked into a gem.

Today arrived universal rotator basket I found separately  on net that fits rotisserie shaft .. almost as wide as the oven itself .. so I'm anxious to roast nuts & theoretically would make fries or flat chips or chunks and veggies or chunks of any meat fry evenly due to constant movement / rotation - after mixing with only a spoon full of E.V. Olive Oil & any spices

All new to me, but being an experimenter by nature when I have something solid to work with, I'm learning new tricks & treats by trial & error  every day

Green butter?

When you infuse butter with herbs it can turn colors...

I don't know how I survived all those years without my convection oven air fryer.

I hear that for most models from many people  .. in fact from most by far

So far this new  advanced tech one with a very high wattage & made by a long proven company has been a standout at just about every thing I have tried   +++

To have been lucky enough get it for a price lower than most smaller and less powerful heating models was a break I feel very luck about
