Monday was my pork BBQ, with roasted red taters.

Tuesday was Mango chutney salmon, with rice and veggie eggroll.

Tonight is canned soup, with toasted cheese.

Also, if you use a spoon with one hand and spoon some up, then scoop some with a frito in the other, one cools off enough so you dont burn your mouth as you eat the other lol.

We're having beef ribs on the barbeque tonight..



A tossed green salad with an Italian dressing and Taber corn on the cob as sides.

The eggplant was marinated in white miso, mirin, rice vinegar and white wine vinegar. It came out great.

I really enjoy cornish game hens but they just have a gamey smell after you eat all the meat from the bones. Don't let the bones sit around after because they leave a gamey scent.
