It's no secret we all come from diverse backgrounds.  Some of us were born in other countries and some of us identify with our heritage cultures.  For example, I'm an Italian/Scotish Canadian so I can politely eat, drink and hump you under the table. :D



Being in the city this week and being exposed to so many cultural dining options, I got to thinking about cultural staples in food, like what's the must have eats from your (or someone else's) backgrounds?  Like if someone were to eat only one meal from your culture, what should they try?

It's an Australian meat pie (which is very tasty!) in a bowl of pea soup.  I'm not sure why they've ruined it with ketchup though.



And Shen, I've been to my share of Chinese restaurants.  I know what you people eat.

Is it soup?  Can you get it in a restaurant?  I'd love to go for Korean good but I have no clue what to have.
