I thought so too, but maybe it was another year.

We had a big one in October in the hill country. (central Texas)

You've been spending too much time with Blurt.
Here lately J0E has been the 4" heel poster.

Quote from: "J0E"Stopped off briefly at a hotel yesterday when I saw a young girl all alone walking up the stairs with a mico skirt, 4 inch heels and her mini purse.

The girl at the front of the line was quite tall, in 4" hooker heels stood over 6'. She was also wearing this microskirt up to her bum crack and crotch.

She wasn't one one of 'em high class hookers that gets escorted around. More like the kind you see hanging around street corners showing off their wares to passing motorists.

Prostitutes/Call Girls typically wear these 4"+ high heels, mini-skirts up to the crotch, long shoulder length hair and caked in lipstick and makeup carrying a small purse.

A young escort sat down beside me on the Vancouver SkyTrain recently; hooker heels, the bag, the mini-skirt and the low cut dress showing lots of skin.

You said a big one in 2008 near the Gulf coast, but I do not remember that. I flew out of Houston twice that year to Ecuador.

September 13, 2008 is when Ike hit here. Lost the place in Galveston and power was out at my house here in Houston for 10 days or so. Temps in the 90's and humidity about the same and no A/C. Lots of batteries, ice, and camping bottles of propane.

Propane and propane accessories. Hank Hill was the salesman.

Indeed he was...

This is the exit we take to get to the house in Galveston. The debris is covering 3 lanes of fwy and the water on the right, bordered by a line of greenery is the feeder/access road. You could see my house from there easily. Water is easily 5-6 feet higher than normal. Boat dealer lost a lot of new boats in that storm. Wish I had known he was leaving all of them. I saw him lock the gate but figured he was coming back. Probably a couple million worth of boats left to the storm.

Back to the present.....

This is not very far at all from my house, half mile or so. I live off of the Jones Rd he is paddling down, but I am much higher. This is a few blocks from Cypress Creek which is well over its banks for quite a few miles. More rain coming today. Gonna be an expensive flood for both property and life. Death count is up to 8. Schools are still closed.

Some of the video I have seen of the flooding looks like a Hollywood movie.

And this is heading our way now. Don't need this. The pointer is my area.
