I meant first, as in shooting with multiple victims by a Muslim that wasn't for allah. Which, before this possible exception, has been about as common as Christmas in the summer

I think Daisy is right.  It's probably actually that he was mad at some girl.  However, with his tumbler picture of the ISIS leader, and as you say born in Turkey, the terrorist angle is still possible IMO.
