Or perhaps we've moved on from handles that were relevant in a different context and time.

I didn't have a great shot of the Iron Duke and I could have smoothed his face out but thought, nah, reptilian skin works too. The queen chopped out beautifully and fit in perfectly I thought.

What's wrong with changing handles? I've always used classic sitcom handles like Meathead, Lumpy Rutherford, jackass Tripper, Barney Fife, Thurston Howell the third and of course Herman Munster.
