Well , I eat daily at McDonalds (breakfast there is a must) , pizza, Joghurt, cereals (healthy), beans and eggs, Marmelade with fruits, chocolate, spaghetti etc. my scat is indeed squishy and soft.



The days I made sports and drank only tea and many fruits. , my pressies were powerful and tight. Foot long inchers. Sad!

I'm retired too, but not in Houston. Do you like it there? When I fly to the states I used to fly thru Houston. The Airport is one big fast food hub. Pretty sure you're aware of this.  I choose now to use Southwest direct to LA, then to SF.
