I've seen it, and it is doubtful anything will change here with these posters.  Clique-ish to the max, here.  Remember why this forum exists though...  It was an offshoot of DV, made by Asians for Asians, as they felt like the mainly White board wasn't running as they wanted a board to run.  



So you see, this forum has always been a Chink forum, right from the get-go.



When I modded, I actually fought quite hard behind the scenes to stop bullshit like 'selective' moderating, picking favourites, playing stupid games, and forming dumb cackling hag cliques in the background.  Shit like this just eventually ruins a forum.  I've over-turned the decisions of other Mods, which is actually a big no-no, but quite frankly I got sick of not only dealing with the posters, but my 'fellow' Mods also.



Some of the very older school Mods (none of which are with us anymore), were actually very good.  I emulated them from early on.  Most of the later crop (most, but not all, as some are still good), have no fucking business behind a panel, and I have always made that clear.



Then again, unless you are 'part of the gang,' don't expect your opinion to count for anything.  It is the human nature...
