also I think repubs should simultaneously have commercials about the economy, asking are you better off now than you were two years ago.

To call for increased incivility in this kind of climate where leftists are harassing, threatening, doxxing, beating people, and trying to kill them, may not be illegal,  but it is absolutely a massively irresponsible incitement of violence.

yeah that's the thing the Kavanaugh stuff helped energize republican voters,.  But will it still have legs in three weeks? Dunno.  Any major news items in the next three weeks, whatever they may be, could also influence the vote either way.



If I were a repub strategist I would put out ads on two subjects- 1. ads showing the democrats are inciting their mob mentality followers 2. ads saying that the economy is great and should not be put at risk.

I had thought about that as well, I just worry that too many messages might get muddled.  but if I were to pick a third that would be it,.  A good commercial IMO could be quotes from democrats saying they want to abolish ice or open the borders, juxtaposed with reports of people killed by illegals.
