Politics in Taiwan is very polarized too..



But, the pan blue and pan green sides don't attack each other, they put aside their differences to work together, to live  side by side for the sake of a cohesive functioning society..



The USA and to a lesser extent, Western Europe that have been democratic longer than Taiwan can't do that.

Taiwanese are more in contact with the dysfunctional society..







A lot of the western lefties dont understand what will happen if the society falls.

Taiwan has only allowed opposition parties for a little over three decades...same with the lifting of  martial law..



Yet, despite the deep divisions since 1949 the two main political camps in Taiwan are able to remain civil outside the political realm....the USA can't seem to do that.

The company Xhale City has since responded to the incident saying that the individual in question was fired immediately once they heard about the altercation.



"Xhale City does not tolerate this kind of behavior from its employees. When we identified the employee at fault, we fired him immediately. We've also spoken to the customer and apologized. We value our clients and treat them with respect and dignity, regardless of their political views," said the company's public Facebook post.
