Re the musket...I've done a little black powder shooting.  Smoothbore, .69 cal with that much barrel, offhand, you're good for a one gallon milk jug at 50 yards if the sights are any good.

Baker rifles havent been in use since Victoria was crowned the Queen.  ac_biggrin





They were better than the british standard issue muskets..
